"THE FINAL PRICE DOES NOT INCLUDE TAXES OR SERVICES NOT SPECIFIED IN THE CONFIRMATION"
All residents in the national territory of Colombia, including foreigners who stay from 90 days, must pay 19% VAT (19%) on the value of the accommodation when entering the hotel. .The VAT tax, except for non-residents in the national territory demonstrated with the entry stamp to the country during the migration process. The resident abroad must prove their status by presenting the original passport; the Andean card or the Mercosur card verifying their immigration status with the current stamp of Entry and Residence Permit PIP-3, or PIP-5, or PIP-6, or PIP-610; or the current Temporary Visa TP-7, or TP-11, or TP-12
"VISITS ARE NOT ALLOWED IN THE ROOMS"
For your safety and the safety of all our guests, it is not allowed to access the rooms of people other than those registered in the arrival process (check-in). Any companion in the room has registration deadline until the day of arrival, with its proper identification support.
ROOM DELIVERY: our rooms are delivered from 15:00 hrs, in case of having the room available and ready to enjoy it before this time, the hotel reserves the right to allow entry.
DEPARTURE OF THE ROOM: is until 12:00 hrs, from this moment you will have a surcharge on the current rate negotiated in the reservation.
EARLY DEPARTURE: any departure before the confirmed date, are subject to the charge of 100% of the accommodation plus current taxes, of the rest of the stay.
EARLY CHECK-IN: reservations that wish to arrive before the set time, without being subject to availability, must be booked in advance for the previous night.
NOT PRESENTED: Reservations that are not submitted on the confirmed arrival date, will have a penalty of 100% of the stay and will be cancelled immediately releasing occupancy and being available for sale.
REFUNDS: Refunds are subject to the conditions of confirmed reservations, if valid they have a 10% surcharge for financial costs. We do not make refunds in accounts other than the one the money has been received
ADVANCE PAYMENTS: the customer must physically present the document with which the payment has been made and its holder must be part of the guests to stay, we do not accept payments from third parties or persons outside of whom the service will be provided.
PETS: The hotel allows the entry of pets upon request, with a maximum weight of 7 kilograms and that their race is not considered potentially dangerous according to the National Police Code of Colombia.
NO SMOKING POLICY: according to resolution 1956 of 30 May 2008, it is forbidden to smoke in enclosed spaces or in the rooms. The penalty for omission of this resolution is worth USD.$200
